KUALA LUMPUR: RBI Land Sdn Bhd has launched sustainable homes under a project called “Perumahan Penjawat Awam” (Proper), which it described as “a great new home concept and affordable development with urban design”.
“This is a significant milestone for RBI Land in positioning itself to become the developer of sustainable and affordable homes in the Proper project,” said RBI Land group chief executive officer Roslan Ibrahim in a statement.
“The property trend and style will always evolve and alter to suit the changing taste and needs of the property buyers and owners. This will ensure a fluid and flexible market trend that keeps up with modern times,” he added.
With the expansion and strengthening of Malaysia’s economy and the increase in the general population, in particular the middle-income group, property concepts have also evolved to cater to the needs and wants of this group of people, Roslan said.
“Proper aims to create a great opportunity to property buyers’ or owners to have their dream homes at affordable prices,” he added.
