The area filled with BLUE are planned for commercial area in Seremban in year 2015. 3 main commercial hubs in Daerah Seremban are: Seremban Sentral, Bandar Sri Sendayan and Bandar Nilai. It is easy to notice these three commercial hubs are having similar size in term of footprint (Approximately of 4,000 acres of land), connecting each other with NSE highway and Jalan Sg. Ujong, forming the Golden Triangle of Seremban.
We will highlight more in future, the transform of Sg. Ujong Road into "Jalan Sg. Besi" in KL. Again, it is interesting to see how the urbanization taking place at area in between the "Golden Triangle" such as LABU.
