KUALA LUMPUR: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd has proposed a one-for-two bonus issue of 162.9 million new ordinary shares of RM1.
The company told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that the bonus issue is expected to be completed by the third quarter of this year.
