Tanco Holdings Bhd, which is kick-starting the first phase of its RM5 billion Palm Springs Resort City redevelopment in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, will shift its focus more toward leisure and tourism development as it works to make this segment a core part of the group.

  1. My friend booked one unit and paid RM5,000 after hearing all the sweet talk from RS Reality property agent during road show at Seremban Mydin Mall in early June 2014. However, decided to cancel booking after knowing the poor property developer track record. He is lucky to get his discounted booking refund at RM800 less paid for so claimed processing fees which is unreasonable. Please have your research done when investing property that guarantee short period attractive rental return at questionable location before placing your booking. Otherwise, you may ended up with discounted refund at the developer mercy...
