It is interesting to use Google Trends to see the Web Search Interest for some major developments near Seremban, namely Bandar Sri Sendayan, Seremban 2, Bandar Ainsdale and Bandar Enstek.
The web search trends give idea about when these particular area was gaining interest and its future properties trends. People start searching the keywords of "Seremban 2" in year 2007 and it was about 8 years ago, followed by Bandar Enstek in 2011, Bandar Sri Sendayan 2012 and Bandar Ainsdale in year 2013.
