Hatten Group Sdn Bhd is the latest developer to join major property players who have ventured into Negeri Sembilan’s capital, Seremban, which now comes under the umbrella of Greater Kuala Lumpur or what some analysts refer to as the area south of the Klang Valley.
At the Aug 9 launch of UniCity, Hatten’s lifestyle campus mall in the Seremban 3 township, managing director Colin Tan June Teng reveals the group will soon embark on another Seremban project.
It has identified a 120-acre plot opposite newly-opened Palm Mall, where the group plans to build the biggest shopping mall in the state.
Of its flagship UniCity project in NS, 33-year-old Tan says this is the first retail development to embrace an “edu-sports-leisure” lifestyle concept.
Describing UniCity (pictured in an artist's impression) as an innovative project that is the first of its kind in Malaysia and the region, Tan says so far, the public’s response has exceeded expectations, especially towards its student accommodation. - See more at: http://www.focusmalaysia.my/
