PROPERTY developer Trinity Group Sdn Bhd is launching several new projects in Kuala Lumpur with projected gross development value (GDV) of more than RM1 billion.
Managing director Datuk Neoh Soo Keat said it is launching two 27-storey condominium blocks, totalling 400 units, in the Sungai Besi area.
The project is expected to have a GDV of RM270 million.
“We have submitted the building plans for approval and will be finalising the name of the project soon,” Neoh told Business Times in an interview, here, recently.
Trinity plans to launch the project in the fourth quarter of this year and is confident of securing a high take-up rate for the units.
“We have yet to launch the project yet a lot of people have already shown their interest,” Neoh said.
Trinity is also planning to develop a condominium project in the Mont Kiara area.
“The Mont Kiara project is still in its preliminary and planning stages. We hope to launch it in the second quarter of next year,” he said.
In Ampang, Trinity is looking at an integrated development on a 8.6ha site there, which will have an estimated GDV of RM1 billion.
Neoh said all these new developments will help boost the company’s earnings and build its brand.
“The company’s brand is becoming acceptable, where people are starting to identify the name and associate it with the level of quality and delivery,” he said.
