Mah Sing eyeing RM1.5b from sales pitch

MAH Sing Group Bhd, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, expects to clinch RM1.5 billion sales during its two-month sales and promotional campaign.

Chief executive officer Ng Chai Yong believes that the target can be achieved based on its strong brand, innovative marketing strategies and ability to offer quality properties in prime locations.

“We are aggressive in this two-month campaign as we want to hit the RM1.5 billion target. We are moving towards achieving the numbers,” he said, here, last Saturday.

Also present was managing director and chief executive Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum.

Ng said during the duration, it will provide customers with optimal value for money.

Under this campaign, new buyers will be given a mystery gift upon purchase, he said.

There are 18 projects participating in the campaign.

To date, Mah Sing’s total landbank is over 1,500ha, with a potential total GDV and unbilled sales of about RM66 billion.

The group will continue to aggressively introduce its property projects at the year end, with RM1.9 billion new launches remaining from the planned RM4 billion this year.

It also plans to launch The Ciastal@Southbay City and Ferringhi Residence in Penang.
