Worldwide Holdings Subang Bestari — the value creator

The maiden launch for the low-density 180ha township in Seksyen U5, featuring double-storey terraced houses, was an instant hit, receiving overwhelming response from buyers

In ensuring optimal balance between development needs and the environment and as part of Worldwide Holdings’ green philosophy, sustainability is the key feature of Subang Bestari.

Its high-end properties have designs that ensured natural lighting and maximised ventilation, while premium properties are equipped with rainwater harvesting and solar water heaters.

Supported by excellent infrastructure and connectivity to major highways, a host of amenities such as schools, commercial area and retail shops, kindergarten, a football field, multi-purpose hall and food court injected vibrancy into Subang Bestari.

“As a responsible corporate citizen, our range of properties in Subang Bestari is extensive to meet the needs of different market segments.

“The township has properties ranging from affordable homes for lower- and middle-income groups to high-end properties for the wealthy and professionals.

“To date, Worldwide Holdings has developed 1,100 units of low- and medium-cost apartments in Subang Bestari,” said Worldwide Holdings chief executive officer Datin Paduka Norazlina Zakaria.

She said delivering value for customers was the main focus of Subang Bestari and other developments within Worldwide Holdings.

Apart from providing quality homes and ensuring timely delivery of properties, the low-density development builds seven houses per acre.

The planning for the Subang Bestari development master plan would see the township transforming into a matured area that is growing in market value.

“The value of properties in Subang Bestari has risen by at least double in the last ten years. The adjacent massive development of the 932ha Kwasa Damansara township is expected to have a spillover effect on Subang Bestari,” Norazlina said.

“We acknowledge that Malaysians have become more affluent and demanding in their choice. Therefore, we always keep abreast of the emerging trends in the property industry to ensure our products are practical, modern and sought-after.

“Delivering quality living is equally important and we have set a quality benchmark for our property team not only in the workmanship, but also in our after-sales services,” she said.

Following the remarkable success of Subang Bestari, Worldwide Holdings, with an authorised capital of RM400 million and a paid-up share capital of RM177 million, continued to embark on various developments, which have attracted excellent response from buyers.

As one of the pioneer property developers that helped shape Shah Alam 22 years down the journey, Worldwide Holdings went on to build its reputation as a developer of choice, especially in the region.

From a township developer, the group has moved to themed and niche developments.

Its recent participation with other established developers in the signing of memorandum of understanding with Construction Industry Development Board for the overall adoption of QLASSIC is one of their continuous commitments on quality.

“Our range of properties in Subang Bestari is extensive to meet the needs of different market segments.”
