KUALA LUMPUR: Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd, the property arm of Naza Group of companies, enjoyed another successful year when it won two national “Highly Commended” awards at the Asia-Pacific Property Awards 2014 last Friday.
Its TTDI Dualis Equine Park bagged the two awards under the “Retail Architecture — Malaysia” and “Retail Development — Malaysia” categories.
Last year, Naza TTDI won awards for its Matrade Exhibition Centre and TTDI Ascencia serviced apartments.
TTDI Dualis Equine Park comprises 32 units of semi-detached and multiple frontage design lifestyle shop-offices in Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
